Is MoneyExchange a PayPal killer?

I just found out about Money Exchange and earned an easy $25 bucks. Remember when PayPal offered $5 for each new account? If you sign up (before May 15?), you can earn $25 for your wallet. As Chef Tell would say, "Very Simple. Very Easy."

MoneyExchange is an easy way to send and receive money between a great way to exchange money with friends, colleagues, or online sellers, anytime you are online.
